I took my Heico lamp in to the shop today as I couldn’t get the bottom of the lamp off to change the globe. The girls were so helpful and spent considerable time removing the base and changed the globe for me. It was quite complex but they showed me what to do and also offered to assist again if needed. When I offered to pay them for their time they waved me away and said it was their pleasure to help. A wonderful store with extremely helpful staff and exceptional toys and gifts. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you
This used to be one of my favourite shops! I loved coming in to purchase presents for all the children in my life and having just had a baby I was so excited to be able to visit more. Being a new mother is such a vulnerable time and after seeing the comments made by the owner of this store linking SIDS to vaccinations on social media I will not be back. Please be more careful of your online presence.
I had such a great experience! The lady I spoke with on the phone was incredibly lovely, professional, and made sure all of my details were correct. Everything was handled efficiently, my order was shipped quickly, and it’s clear they genuinely care about getting the best outcome for their customers. Such a beautiful store with so many great items, could have spent so much money here shopping for my new baby and toddler except the staff, seemingly the manager, was unwelcoming, rude and put us off from even browsing. They don’t like kids touching literally anything and so if you have kids this place probably won’t welcome you. Was followed around just for having a child in tow and took things off my 2 year old multiple times.
