This used to be one of my favourite shops! I loved coming in to purchase presents for all the children in my life and having just had a baby I was so excited to be able to visit more. Being a new mother is such a vulnerable time and after seeing the comments made by the owner of this store linking SIDS to vaccinations on social media I will not be back. Please be more careful of your online presence.
I had such a great experience! The lady I spoke with on the phone was incredibly lovely, professional, and made sure all of my details were correct. Everything was handled efficiently, my order was shipped quickly, and it’s clear they genuinely care about getting the best outcome for their customers. Such a beautiful store with so many great items, could have spent so much money here shopping for my new baby and toddler except the staff, seemingly the manager, was unwelcoming, rude and put us off from even browsing. They don’t like kids touching literally anything and so if you have kids this place probably won’t welcome you. I like this store and I feel bad doing this but have to be honest. Nature baby is sold for about $20 more per item than everywhere else including other local brick and mortar stores, and nature baby online. Nature baby for sale rack is also reduced to the actual recommended retail price. Check the price online before significantly overpaying. Happy to remove this review if I see this has changed.
Bought a present for my little nephew yesterday. He loved it, the parents loved it. Good range in store with heaps of quality European imports. A+
