This store is Amazing!!! Both Jose and Ryker were so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional!! I went in to sell something and got a great price plus the store has so many great deals that I’ll definitely be back! I highly recommend them!! Very friendly & personable staff that actively engage with the customers. Johnny didn’t tell us something like “I’ll give you this much” & leave it at that. He took the time to research values & explain to the different issues (good & bad) for our particular pieces. Great experience!!! We’ll definitely go back & we would recommend them!!
Had a great experience at big dog pawn today. Trevor was great and worked with me on some golf clubs. Stoked and ready for the season but as far as the pawnshop, they were awesome will definitely go back. That was my first time doing business with them, and it was the way a pawnshop should be. Shout out to Trevor!!!
Everyone in here is super friendly and willing to work with you in whatever way they can. Super chill environment. Selling or buying with them super easy and convenient didn’t have to wait at all to get help. Jose was super helpful and made the stop here more fun than expected. If you need or want to go to a pawn shop I would pick this one
