The Murray location was open until 5 on the 4th of July which was a LIFESAVER for my family and I! Aidan and Cole were quick, kind, and very fair with my loan offer. Incredible customer service. I showed up 15 minutes before closing and they had my item evaluated and approved, loan terms explained, paperwork signed and my money in hand in 12 minutes.The store, in general, is also immaculately organized and prices are great. Couldn’t have had a better first experience here at Big Dog. Thanks gentlemen!
Sarah, the manager, at the Midvale location is absolutely wonderful! She was so incredibly helpful, understanding, professional, and fair. With that said I will only be working with Big Dog Pawn & Jewelry for not only my pawning or selling needs, but for purchases as well. Needed to find a place that would take my unique vintage rings that wouldn’t melt them down. Unfortunate failed engagement and wanted them to go to someone that would appreciate their custom make and care that was made in a jeweler in business for 30+ years in New Orleans (French Quarter). Got more than I expected and was treated with kindness and respect 🧡🧡
We're from Montana... We couldnt find any pawn shops that would help us or give us the time of day... Big Dog staff was exceptionally friendly and helped us to get back on our road trip. Highly recommend them. 5 stars hands down the best and friendliest pawn shopin the area!
This here is a photograph of my three favorite girls. Starting from the left is Mongoose then Merrilee and Lassie on the far right is Heather. I made the mistake of not paying interest for a couple of months on heather and I only pawned her for $100. So needless to say Heather is a Gibson and probably worth more than my car. When I drove by checkout a different item I was looking at and wouldn't you know they had Heather waiting for me in the package warm and cozy without even thinking to sell her out from under my feet. ... read more
