It was a great experience. I went in shopping for two things and found them both at a great price with a 30 day guarantee! The guarantee is not a typical offer in pawn shop so I was very impressed. My salesperson Trevor was very helpful.

Amazing experience! I can see that they train their staff to be extra courteous and take care of customer. They even ask for feedback on The phone experience which shows that they care. You don't expect that from a pawn shop, but this place is different. Sarah was super nice and very helpful. . I bought a laptop from them and could not be happier. Really smooth experience from start to finish and also got a pretty awesome deal.
