Carl Wade Stokes does not keep his word. Beware! Carl took my friend's money to set up a web site. After several weeks he finally admitted he could not do it. He agreed to refund her money. That was in July. We are now at the end of Sept and he still hasn't sent the money. My friend and I both spoke to him many times and have emails and txts where he promises to make the payment.
