Founded by Dennis Osterholt in a small building in Northfield, Ohio and eventually found our way to Streetsboro, Ohio. The company has expanded from mostly Standardbred racing into all areas of Equine activities. We stand behind our products and have a great customer service team. During Covid I ordered from all over the USA, and got prompt delivery, but the silver honey I ordered from here took over 2 months. I paid 108.35 for 2 items and when I did receive them, they were the size of samples. Someone from Big Dee's did reach out to me but we could not agree on the 2 oz sample justifying the huge cost. I strongly urge Canadians not to shop here and pay a huge amount of money for 2 ounces of product and the Customer Service isn't that swell either. It's so disappointing.
