I’m a business owner who is looking for a new wholesale company to fulfill my clients sign orders, I reached out to the sales department at Big Daddy’s Signs and was treated so rudely, Steve sent one email and stopped responding, I tried calling to speak to Steve and was told to email him and he will probably respond, then Holly responded and was rude, when I called to speak to Holly I was hung up on. The customer service here should not be accepted or tolerated.

Terrible management. God awful man to speak to on the phone. They will take weeks to print your order, proceed to mess your order up with misprint and inaccurate sizing, and then will literally SCREAM and insult you over the phone if you ask them to fix with a reprint. This company not long ago had only 1 star reviews, which have been deleted, all the reviews for this company are paid for/fake reviews, don't get conned by this terrible business man.
I work for a national non-profit and shared the link for Big Daddy's Signs with my fellow field staff as we all create yard signs for getting the word out for our community walks.
