Susana has been doing this for years and if a mistake was made believe me out of the hundreds permissions she has processed, she has not made a mistake. Take your permission and apply at the border and wait the many hours if that’s your choice. All the others have not had an error or complained.

I had a terrible experience with Susana Herrera. My husband and I went to renew his permanent residency and when we went to fill all the paperwork I asked her if we needed our newborns birth certificate, etc. and she said no, which we asked all these questions assuming she knew. We then received an email stating my husband was denied, so we went to her and told her about the denial. She told us that she had sent the correct paperwork which is why we supposedly received the extension. She said she had did everything correctly... read more

This person is VERY detailed and gives exceptional service and is very helpful to the Hispanic people of Taylor county. She speaks Spanish and goes out of her way to give to the community as much as possible. If you don’t know how to spell you probably do not know anything about income tax and need to go to HR Block where they will charge you 10x as much to do your taxes. This is byfar the worst place to go fet your taxes. She full of lies and cheats honest hardworking people especially her own race. She was so rude did not answer calls. Ever checks emails an on top of that she said she couldn't help me out reading the tax papers she did for me. If you wanna lose a quick 90 bucks or more thos is the lady to call TRASH

SUSANA WAS VERY RUDE NERVER CALLED BACK WHEN CALLING HER TO ASK QUESTION!! TRIED TO TALK NICE AND GET HELP ABOUT MY TAXES! LUCKY SHE GOT ONE STAR! DONT TRY AND CALL THEM AFTER SHE DOES YOUR TAXES AND IF SHE MESSES UP ON THEM SHE WILL NOT HELP!
