Nice furniture, ok (not great) pricing BUT AWFUL after sales service and poor communication. I could write an essay detailing the number of times I was told I would receive an update, that never came. I had to continuously follow up. Also, ordered bed suite in July. Was told 4-6 months which would bring us to Jan. Its now Feb and still no update. IF (big if) I was to buy again, it would have to be in stock. I'm worried about any warranty issues with this type of service. Disappointed.
