Website claims lowest price gurarantee and fast customer service. From my experience, neither are true. I presented them with a quote from another company for 30% lower price (for the same item). At first, they disputed the logo placement was the same, but the quote clearly shows same location. Then, they just stopped responding. One week, 3 emails, no response. Before sale support is poor. I doubt post-sale would be good.

I have had the worse experience not once, but twice! Tanya Faulkner should be fired for her incompetence on getting an order correct. Her customer service skills are more about blaming a customer instead of correctly and in a timely manner fixing the problem. My first t-shirt was clearly wrong, yet whoever does the quality check signed off on it. If I could give no stars, I would. I’ve ordered $1000 worth of products and the shirt colors are off. Do not match, how great does that look for my teams? Yeah, crappy huh. Talked to Tonya and she’s such a delight, not. Wouldn’t do anything for me. Shirt and logo color are off. One is green and one is yellow. When I ordered the exact same product. Also will NOT do anything for me. No reprint/remake. Even her supervisor won’t do anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
