Always have great service, great product and usually fast shipping. As a small volume purchaser (5 snakes), they go out of their way to make sure I get my order filled and shipped. I have never been disappointed with the quality or packaging of my order.
I have been buying from them for years and have always gotten a great product along with outstanding service.
They have quality rodents at great prices. Sometimes they are out of the sizes I need due to the fact that more and more people buy from them as they learn of the quality :) I always ask Big Cheese first for all my rodent needs.
I completely change my opinion on these jerks. Their phone message says they close at 5. My fiance spoke with the owner who said to come after 2:30pm for pickup and my fiance said he'd be there between 3 and 4. By the time he got there (at 4 and he called their phone several times) they were closed. He drove an hour round trip at least. The next day we went again and the owner yelled at my fiance and denied everything. All we asked for was a 5% discount to cover our gas due to the owner's mistake and he refused to do anythin... read more
