I went into the store to look at the furniture, but was unfortunately too distressed after seeing a beautiful old dog with pressure sores on body and neck rash from thick collars, lying on the hard foyer floor. This poor old dog needs a soft bed, and the collars taken off and neck treated.
I love that there furniture is made in Melbourne! Beautiful store with so many beautiful things..

I highly recommend Big Chair in Sorrento, in November 2021, I purchase my dream outdoor chairs, and some time later noticed some discolouration in one chair, when I raised my concern with the team @Sorrento, they responded quickly by delivery a new set of chairs no questions asked the very next day, Wow!! Very impressed on how dedicated they are to customer service. I will be a customer for life!! Thank you to the Team @BigChairSorrento, love your passion for quality!!
