Nice place... Big Cat Rescue is a place that does not seem to get much attention in the Tampa Area. Why? I have no idea. The place has been there forever and there really are some rare animals that people are unable to see elsewhere. I know as soon as my nephew is old enough to know what he is looking at, I will be taking him there. I am sure he will LOVE it.

Such a wonderful Alternative To A Zoo... I am opposed to zoos and circuses because of the exploitation of animals. The Big Cat Rescue is a PERFECT place to take your older children to see beautiful healthy and well rounded cats. My daughter has always wanted to go to a zoo when I opposed. However, this place is clean, serene, and all about the animals. Also, knowing that your money is going for their betterment is a plus.

These big cats have a home. My husband and I did a tour a year or so ago. They take in unwanted big cats and give them a home. We got to see plenty of tigers and other big cats. Even got to pet a smaller cat. All the money goes to take care of these animals.
