Thorough and effective rehab for shoulder injury and leg pain from lifting. Colin is very knowledgeable, professional and explains things well. The PT has been specific to my goals and I’ve seen improvements after each session.
We took my daughter to 4 other physical therapists for her chronic shoulder pain before going to Colin at Big Cat. Since PT had not worked before, it took some convincing to get her to go. “Let’s just go for the assessment. Big Cat has been awesome for HYROX training. I’ve been there multiple times for HYROX simulations and power classes, and every experience has been great. The coaching is hands on, the programming is challenging, and the atmosphere makes you want to work. My fiancée has also been doing the HYROX classes three days a week since having our baby girl five months ago, and she absolutely loves them.
