So many people leave reviews after only using the Big Cat bikes for a short time. In fact, I did just that after my wife and I had our Big Cats for just a couple of months. Well, it is now almost 6 years later and we love the Bikes even more now. Vince and his Big Cat team were extremely helpful when we bought the bikes, modifying the handlebars and seats, etc. to better fit our needs. I called them they had an attitude I was trying to see if they had a battery replacement for my e scooter he says it costs around 500 dollars and on the internet it’s 150 I was looking for a second opinion and that’s how I get treated don’t recommend this place
