I used to really like coming here, there was always someone familiar with different products and could answer questions. And management was very friendly. The past 2 visits I have been the employee hasn't understood any basics. I asked for cones and got pointed to a one hitter. There should be some basic product understanding, you don't need to know every strain or anything like that but you should understand some basics.
