Nice technician arrived and stated we needed an electrician to ground our outlet. He gave us specific guidance on what needed to be done before we called him back but he admitted he failed to tell us the company would require us to take a picture of the electrician testing the grounding before he could return. We paid an electrician to ground the outlet and called them to return.
