Lied about pricing over the phone, sent only one dolly for two movers, they also charge a mandatory tip and an hour back so if you book for 4 hours, you will pay for 5 hours. I have damaged furniture and no one has reached out about how to proceed with the claims. Extremely disappointed.

This is a follow up on the below situation. I got a call back from the manager/partner of this moving company and it honestly just made things worse. I made my peace with how much this moved cost me and moved on. Like I previously mentioned, It wasn’t until I was charged this morning a week later but I couldn’t get a word in with this man. I unfortunately have to leave this company a one star review due to lack of communication. Dishonesty. Not following up with the customer after business has been complete completed. Rich will make it sound like he’s customer service oriented and then once you pay, you don’t hear from the dude.
