Do not use this moving company. Extremely unprofessional and don't disclose additional charges they will tack on after the move. Our move took 3 hours and a few minutes and they charged me for 5 hours (+$500 extra). When I called to discuss these charges, the sales manager was unprofessional (kept telling me I was wrong and didn't know what I was talking about) and didn't call me back multiple times so I had to chase him constantly. My experience with Big Boys Moving & Storage was extremely frustrating from start to finish. The initial pricing I was given suggested that a 3-hour move with fees would be approximately $636, yet my final total came to $874 — significantly higher than expected. Although I understand hourly moves can vary, the final amount was far above what was initially represented. I just needed two fridges moved from houses 1.5 miles apart. They told me they had to charge me the minimum two hours for $447. My understanding was that this was the price we agreed to. The guys were very slow and took 3.5 hours to do the work and the company charged me nearly $700. I called three times without an answer. Eventually got a call back and was told there was no way they'd reimburse.

Don’t ever use this company! Broke just about all my furniture which I had to donate to the thrift store. As soon as you sign on site to begin the move, they are not liable for any damages. So very sad the workers don’t even care. Don’t ruin your day or your move!! Pick another company.
