The guy behind the phone (sorry bad with names) was cool. Really helped me through the process because I've never hired movers before... The movers though YIKES! It was a duo that helped my new roommate from her place and me from mine into our new apartment. They got to her place then mine. They came in, asked what's coming and what isn't then they went to work and I moved out the way. I stepped out of the apartment and into the small hallway which was out of thier way to let them work. I hired Big Boy Movers for a move from the Poughkeepsie area to Albany. They did a great job, very professional. They wrapped everything carefully, and helped with assembly at the new apartment. Highly recommended.

Do not use this company. First things first. When I called to set my appointment, I was very clear with the boss about what exactly we needed moved, down to number of boxes and that it was 2 floor home we were moving into. It was a big job. He assured me on the phone that we would have 4-5 movers, and he expected it would take a max of 5 hours. The day of the move, they were a half hour late.
