The pickup and drop off at the airport was very well organised. All the staff I contacted in the booking process and on pickup and drop off of the vehicle were extremely helpful and courteous. The car ran perfectly and was very fuel efficient. A real bonus with the reasonable rate. Our pickup was on 28 April 2025 and drop off 08 May 2025.

The airport pickup by Andrews Airport Shuttle Bus was very convenient. The staff/driver was really helpful. However, I do find that their cars are slightly older, and thus the reduction in the rental cost. They might be 1-2 models older, but in good condition. The cars could have been cleaner and more well maintained. My Camry had all sorts of scratches, dents and spider webs on it.
