Decided to go with Big Boy Car Rental for the price and regretted it. Waited 45min at the airport for the shuttle because they didn’t tell us that their van was “Andrew’s Airport Parking” and no driver came out looking for us. When we arrived, the car wasn’t ready and needed to be picked up on another parking. Paid in advance for a baby seat, which wasn’t installed and told by staff that “they can’t install it” - which is a joke because we’ve rented cars before and it’s been installed every time. Cars are a bit older than mainstream rentals but in good condition and great value. Pick up and drop off was smooth and quick. Can get busy at desk though when completing pick up paperwork

Pick up and drop off was a breeze with the convenient shuttle bus back to the airport with friendly staff. However the vehicle was slightly older than expected, tyres were a little flat and had to be self pumped. Overall a good experience :)
