Terrible customer service experience and urge all to not purchase from this business.. My steam mop is unusably faulty (the steam compartment itself is heavily leaking). When trying to use the mop, water drips out furiously to the point of not being able to use it. The business refuses to replace the item or refund me for being 10 DAYS out of warranty. I had both video and photo proof that the item was leaking with no crack or damage yet as it was 10 days past warranty, I get no compensation. I usually wouldn't mind but when... read more
Definitely read these reviews before buying.... I wish I did I ordered a cat scratching post that came with the missing main part when I tried several times to get incontact I couldn't, finally did with difficulties which I was told the missing piece would be sent 24-48 business hours it's been days and I still haven't received and my emails ignored to speak to someone - beware this is a dodgy website don't buy from it.
They are doing Warehouse clearance at the moment. Really good price and products.
Missing parts, unable to complete build or return (due to freight costs vs item cost). Seller didn't take ownership. Disappointed.
