If I could give a '0' for customer service I would. God forbid they call you if there is an issue with a means of payment before things get out of hand. The rudeness, attitude, condescending tone and general customer treatment when trying to find out exactly what happened is unacceptable from a consumer oriented business. I truly hope that other customers are treated far better than us.
