We have been dedicated shoppers at the Big Box Outlet Store in Walnut Grove for over 3 years now after having moved from Alberta to British Columbia. At that time, we were greeted by some of the most friendly sales people, making us feel welcome and part of the community. Some of those sales people now, we view as friends (Doug, Diane and James are absolutely awesome!!). Things though have dramatically changed, and not for the better.
