Billy was a huge help when my partner blew her tire and had to walk out the road. Took his personal time and drove up the road to find her. Family owned businesses rule!
Billy is a top notch person. My son and I both ran over something that popped our bike tires. I went to the bike shop in town and they were closed on a shuttle run. I reached out to Billy and without hesitation he jumped into action helping me replace mine and my sons tires refusing compensation for his assistance. Billy then gave me recommendations on other places to ride in the area. We are so grateful for his kindness.
