Big Blue Box has been so helpful with our upcoming move! We used another container company to move my mom and they kept adding fees and their website was a disaster- so we wanted to go with a local company for our container. So easy! One phone call, no confusion, helpful texts and emails. So far we have been thrilled! We ended up with a bigger container than my mom got and it was significantly cheaper.

The gentleman who delivered the box couldn't have been nicer!! Wanted the box placed differently and he did so easily. He showed us how the doors worked and even cut tree branches that the truck broke and moved them out of the driveway . A really nice and helpful guy!!!!!!!!!!

We used this company to rent a pod to store items from our house to prepare it for showings. Liz was really easy to work with. Pricing was very straightforward, and they did not try to charge us for extra things like the other national company did in their quote. The deliveries and pickups for the pod were on the dates we requested, and the drivers did an excellent job getting the pod exactly where we wanted it for loading and unloading. Very easy to work with. Made the whole process a breeze. Very good communication and was knowledgeable about the product. The delivery driver Michael was very friendly and gave me some good tips about the container.

Gina was great on the phone! She seems to handle an awful lot and still is very professional....Zack was also awesome! He was able to work with me to place the box exactly how I wanted it and took the time to go the extra step and show me things about the box I didnt even know! Definitely have and will continue to recommend Big Blue Box to anyone wanting!!
