My husband and I took an ebike here for it to be put together. We paid when we left the bike at the shop. We don't live in the same town so we went home and picked it up the next day. Fast forward 4 days and we get a phone call saying we picked up the bike and didn't pay. Sir, I have a paper receipt and my bank statement showing payment. I drove to this shop around 40 miles after reading good reviews of it on Google. I went there to just buy a pair of Bontrager gel cycling gloves. While there I asked Eric if he had time to look at my gravel bike. It was making a noise in the front end. He adjusted the calipers on the disk brakes, took the bike out for a few test rides and also found out that the front steering tube needed the bearings replaced. Recently had the pleasure of having Eric and team at Big Blue Bike Company fix up my bike. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service.
