Eric set my son and me up for a great day on the Chief Standing Bear Trail. We arrived before official business hours, and he was there to meet us. He put us on top-notch equipment and made sure that we had everything needed to ensure success on a potentially 70 Mile round-trip ride. Location of the shop was also ideal for our day, as it was only a few blocks away from the trail itself. We could park in the parking lot, get on our bikes and ride them directly to the trail. I was 5 miles into a ride when I encountered a flat tire. Called Big Blue Bike Company and they were able to get it repaired so I could get back on the trail again. I truly appreciated them taking time from their schedule to get me up and going again. Definitely recommend them. Thx again Bob
My husband needed new tires and some other accessories added to his bike. We are from out of town and they got right to work so we didn't have to come back! We enjoyed some ice cream and the company of a very friendly pup!
I recommend this bike shop I told them what I wanted a riser on my handlebars and in one hour and 1/2 it was done. The best service I have got in long time. Thanks big blue
