I booked a load and collected payment from my customer, trusting this transportation service to deliver as promised. Unfortunately, it turned into a complete scam. They never delivered the goods, gave false updates, and then completely disappeared. Not only did I lose money, but my reputation with my customer also suffered. This is not just bad service – this is fraud. Do not trust them with your business. Stay away!
Called to do business and was rudely cut off by the operator that said "ma'am. I'm in California. It's 5:45 (am), call back at 7." Why pick up in the first place??! I'm simply trying to follow up about a listed load that THEIR company put out there. Terribly rude and will not be doing business with the company off of that call alone.

Beware of dealing with Rick Brown! He called requesting a rate to move a flat rack from Kent, WA to the Port of Seattle. We agreed on the rate, dispatched our driver, only to find out the customer had already booked another carrier. When I requested a Truck Order Not Used (TONU) fee, he denied responsibility, even after I provided phone recordings proving otherwise. He then disappeared and ignored all emails. After researching, I found multiple similar complaints from others. Stay away!
