I called in with Internet trouble and a tech was at my door within minutes. Roman was pleasant, efficient and very knowledgeable! Great asset to your team! I am very happy with this service so far!
CSR agent was incredibly rude and kept repeating statements like a robot. BBT is no longer supporting coax customers and will drop your account if you refuse fiber.
Our business has had no internet for over a month and they have no answers as to why no one has gone out and serviced. I keep being told someone will call me to arrange an appointment and nothing. No one seems to know anything. Terrible customer service.
