My dad purchased a pair of $200 Danner boots at the Great Falls store. The right boot was defective and caused a large bruise on his ankle. My dad had the bag, the box and the receipt and tried to return them to the store today and was told that they would not take them back because the boots had been worn. I have never heard of a store not taking back merchandise even if you had the receipt. I am very disappointed and angry about this.
