From the moment we entered, the employee’s hostility toward our service dog was obvious. Despite our attempt to ignore the behavior and browse, the continued rude and unprofessional remarks left us with no choice but to walk out.
Bike rentals were pretty expensive compared to other local companies for very poorly maintained bikes. I reported some easily addressed issues but saw the bike go right back into circulation. Staff is generally friendly, flexible with changes / cancelations.
eBike rental was an awesome way to explore around the river

Rented a canoe this weekend from Big Bear and sure glad I did. Staff was super nice and helpful. Prices were reasonable. All the equipment rented was in great shape. Can't wait to do it again.
