Big A's is an amazing store, with great owners! I came in about a week ago to look for a chair for my aunt who is now in a nursing home while I was visiting from California. They helped me pick out a chair for her and since it was not going to arrive until after I returned home, they helped deliver it and set it up for her. I cannot express how thankful I am for them, thank you Adrian for your help. Highly recommend this store!!
Al Ortiz is awesome great customer service and provides great info on merchandise. Does great at giving you the best prices. He has good excellent quality merchandise. With reasonable prices. Give A a big 10 star review puts his customers first than anything.
Went in looking for a bed. Met the owner Al. Awesome dude, great customer service. Told him exactly what I was looking for. Just a mattress and the metal bottom for it. He explained in details the difference in mattresses, from plush to firm. I was out in 30 minutes with my bran new mattress.
