This is our fourth time using Big Al’s and like all the other moves it went smoothly and efficiently! Big Al’s is the easiest decision you’ll make when you need furniture and household items moved. The front office is a dream to work with - organized and friendly, as is the moving crew. They show up on time and work tirelessly to get the job done. This is the ONLY movers I would use - and recommend them to everyone.

We used Big Al's Specialty Movers to move my Mother from Beaverton to Vancouver. Every single aspect of this from the phone calls to moving day was 100% perfect. The moving crew were hard working, friendly, patient and kind. They moved my Mother's furniture and possessions with care and really took the time to ensure everything was properly wrapped and secured. This review is long overdue. Used Big Al’s Speciality Movers at the recommendation of a family member. The entire process from start to finish was miserable. Getting someone on the phone to schedule the move was a feat in and of itself; took me 3 days of consistently calling to get through to anybody. Finally get it scheduled for a 4 hour move and was told someone would be by the day before the move to inspect everything and make sure it was ready to go. We had a piano moved into our house. There was excellent communication. The men who moved the piano into the house were friendly and very competent. We were totally satisfied with Big Al’s Specialty movers.
