Currently in dispute with the business. We canceled an order due to 2 delays and lack of communication from the store. I told them I won't wait indefinitely and it's rather a poor way to treat your customers. Now they want to charge a restock fee. When I complained about no call to be kept informed about the status of the order, I was told "it's not about calling, it's about a contract." That tells me what they really think of me as a customer.
