Great spot to bring the kids for indoor energy burn. Nice staff that enforces the safety rules for the children.
Our host, Khalia, was amazing! She was so attentive, friendly, and detail oriented. She made us feel welcome. But most of all she was able to de-escalate my son when he was overstimulated and melting down. She got him out of his head, made him smile and laugh, and gave him the best experience he could have for his birthday. I would recommend a party with her at big air any day!
Didn't have trampoline hoops but did have hoop area. My kids were hoping to have the fun trampoline dunking. But everything else they loved.
We had a great time! The kids didn't want to leave :) staff was great, plenty to do, lots of food options, and the memberships are fantastic. It's great for all ages even the littles! The kids got in the car and asked when we could come back.
