I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at this location. One of the male staff members was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He not only refused to serve me without any valid reason, but also became verbally aggressive and threatening. What’s worse, he threw my sister’s phone during the confrontation, which is completely unacceptable behavior. No customer deserves to be treated with such disrespect and hostility.
