awful custemor service – by just a customer 07/17/2011 talk about customer service this days this guys are awful at it specially the manager mike blames customers for their employes mistakes gets loud at customers as if they were his employees then makes treats to call the police if you don't leave the store yes that's what happened to me the rude manager got loud at me i did the same then he wanted to call the cops why because i had just came from shopping at Ross next door i had a bag and told the cashier at big 5 if i cou... read more
