They are rude and unprofessional. The sales associates do not care to help you! We will never go into another Big 5 sports store.
Got turned away today, 8/16/20, for not having a mask 😷. It’s not a county ordinance here but corporate is enforcing it in their store. I’d rather shop local but had to take my business to Amazon. To bad there’s not any small business sporting good stores anymore.
I wish could give zero stars for the poor customer experience I had at this Sporting Goods store. Limited selection everything out of stock! I travel from location to location for a simple exercise bike. I called this location to see if they had it. They said yes and I told them I was on the way. After travelling there 20miles they closed in the middle of the day. Refused to allow medical exemption for mask requirement. Corporate worked with CA for an exception on their new gun laws and then bailed on the rest of us. This company can crash and burn. Good riddance.
Big 5 has lost my business due to extremely poor customer service.
Nothing like driving an hour and staff telling you to be at a store at 9 AM because that’s when they’ll be on the floor only for them to put them out the night before and sell them! Crappy service Sportsman’s just gained all my business!
They’re treating customers with medical conditions like absolute crap for not wearing a mask. They are discriminatory and lack tact. Would not recommend.
