They have Lay-Away! My fiance is an avid snowboarder. So during the holiday season, and his birthday I always know what to get him. With the prices at Big 5 I am able to get him some of his wants. The best part of it all is I can put them on Lay-Away, so I can bring them home closer to the occasion. This is a great advantage for those that like to break up their Christmas shopping as well. Big 5 has my business!
Sporting Goods I decided to come to this Big 5 store after seeing some shoes advertised on their ad. They had the shoes I wanted but not the size I needed. I saw some other item at a cheap price so I bought it. I didnt end up buying what I wanted but I did get a great deal. I give Big 5 four stars for low prices.
big five has a lot big five is a good place to buy sporting goods if you are starting. They dont really have the hardcore pro stuff but you can find a lot beginner stuff. you can find everything from guns to fishing poles to even camping equipment. it reminds me a lot of sports chalet but a little cheaper and lest extravagent. I recommend going to this store if you play tennis because they have a pretty big selection.
Sports This was a good sports store before, but I do not know what happened. They usewd to sell guns, and since my family does a lot of shoting at ranges I would go there becuase I do not know many guhn places. They no longer carry guns, or as great of quality of clothes and shoes as they used to, and seemed quite over priced. Not sure what happened, but it is still ok, just not great.
Great service and choices, so-so prices Service at Big 5 is excellent. They are always cheerful and willing to help with anything that you need. The prices aren't always reasonable when it comes to their sporting equipment, but they almost always have what you are looking for. The shoe department on the other hand has extremely reasonable prices, and their specials are great - if they are in stock. For service and variety, shop here. For great prices, enter with caution.
i like it although if you don't live by the orange mall it can take at least 20 minutes to get there, the sales are worth it. The people who work there are very nice and make you feel like home. Everytime i go there to get something ive always been able to get it, never dissapointed me.
Very basic stock Big 5 does carry a good variety of shoes and clothing. They also have a wide range of sports that they provide supplies for, but they only sell basic products for each sport without really concentrating on any one. The staff is very young and inexperienced. I have never been approached or asked if I was finding everything okay. Okay if you are in desperate need of something but I would rather shop somewhere else.
Big 5 Sporting Goods Big 5 Sporting goods isn't just for sports. They have guns , compasses , camping equipement , energy bars , shoes , shirts. Tons of stuff. Their staff is ready to help you and always kind. Highly recommended a top notch sporting goods store.
Shoes The Big 5 ad is always full of wonderful shoe sale prices. I was able to find a good comfortable pair of walking shoes for much less than I had expected to pay. They don't always have the styles I prefer, but I'm always able to find something at a good price. They were very helpful in finding my size.
