I wanted to provide feedback to this store that my family and I have been going to for many years. This past weekend, my mother went in to do two things; return a sport ball and purchase a set or roller skates for her granddaughter. When she went up to one of the associates, and mentioned that she wanted to return the ball, he was very dismissive and told her to stand by the register and someone else will show up to help her.
