Hire a staff that is willing to help customers in shoes. You have a great big display of all your shoes, but very few the customer can get a hold of without having to wait 10-15 minutes for help. Why is there not a dedicated employee just for shoes?
All Big 5 stores suck! Customer non service is the worst I've ever dealt with! Melody in customer non service told me she didn't care if I ever came back. I'm getting a sign for my truck telling everyone how much Big 5 SUCKS! They asked me online to tell them what happened...they couldn't handle their own crap customer non service and blocked me from their page!
