Good for the basics We always go to Big 5 when the kids need soccer or t-ball supplies. I know they will have mid-range stuff at good prices. They don't usually carry anything fancy or high-end, but if all you need is a good tennis racquet or a new basketball, Big 5 is great.
Sometimes there are great prices At times I can walk in this store and come out with a great bargain at other times I do not find good deals. It just depends on when I go. They tend to have great clearance items if you can manage to get there before they are gone. The customer service is pretty good, and the store is always exceptionally clean and organized.
Great store! I have always had good experiences here. Occasionally they will have sale items out of stock, but the management has always substitued for something similar or given me a raincheck. They are very nice and helpful here.
Inexperienced people in the firearms department. I hope management will start taking this seriously and get the staff properly trained, before it finds itself in legal trouble. Keep liberals out of the department. You’ve lost my firearm business forever.
