Joe & Goldie were great, an awesome family run business. It is so hard to find any company in SEQ who will fix your bifold doors rather than tell you that they need to be replaced for mega $$$. Joe and Wendy efficiently and effectively fixed up our 26 year old large external bifold doors including replacing locks that that they don’t make now with 3d printed locks! Now that’s smart! Thanks heaps Joe & Wendy, much appreciated!
About 3 years ago Joe quoted and installed an external bifold door. The quality of the bifold was exactly what we wanted and asked for. However when they arrived and were fitting the door, they somehow broke a new 400m x 400m outdoor tile adjacent to the door. At no stage did he acknowledge the obvious problem, consider it his company's fault, or advise he would reimburse my costs to re-lay a new tile. His communication style is non-existent and totally lacks any customer service. Stay away.
Joe and his team were so helpful with servicing our tired old bifold doors and installing a new servery window in our kitchen. I highly recommend Bifoldzone
We have just put in new 5 x bifold doors with Joe and are so happy with the result. We now have a more functional outdoor area. We love the flexibility of being able to open just one door or all of them.
