Forced into being a biffa customer when they brought out DJB Recycling. Over charged me by £1.2k in Waste transfer note compliance charges. Never call back when they promise they will. Customer services don't have a clue what they are doing. "dedicated account managers' don't have a clue either. Will happily leave you with waste pilling up on commercial sites when they owe you money and aren't quick in any form of resolve. Wouldn't recommend to anyone at all. Poor Service, Poor Support.

I don't use this business but I wouldn't after a run in with one of their drivers. Waiting at a junction to Markham Road where is clearly says KEEP CLEAR, which meant if that truck moved, it would be on the KEEP CLEAR sign and stationery, so when traffic moved slightly, was just about to set off because | would not have blocked the junction, and I got the honking of horn and obvious expletives and hand gestures. My garbage collection agreement is for a two-week garbage collection, this year you were only 2 times !!! This is the worst company I have ever seen, avoid it.
