I wish Google offered a way to give negative ratings or even zero stars for companies like Biffa. My experience with Biffa Nottingham has been nothing short of a scam. Their drivers take photos without ever getting close to the bins, making up excuses like "rats in the area" or "not safe for the driver" to justify not collecting. They even insisted me to handle pest control on a public road managed by the council! Phoned 0800 307307. Put on hold for 16 min, still noone answering the phone. Bad sign. Is there any staff there?
Management ain't got a clue. Staff are extremely petty and do nothing but complain about each other. Place needs to be shut down
