Bin couldn't be emptied on our arranged day, due to a function, however, thanks Ryan for rearranging the date, and time at such a short notice. Thank you.
Not a great service overall. They aren't capable of carrying our services on the set days and times specified. Missed collections and if I hadn't have chased them up myself, they would have never been done. But they don't miss out on there payments of course. I recommend not using biffa. If you speak to other business who have used them, they will say the same! Bad at both one thing you pay them to do, collect your waste.
Excellent customer service from Ryan Matthews. My emailed issue was responded to and resolved same day - what more could you ask. Thank you Ryan.
Spoke to Ryan about my account , he was helpful and polite, and we managed to sort out a new contract , very pleased with the result !!
