Company called at 12:00 pm & stated that the driver would call in the afternoon to confirm the appointment but the driver called at 9:17 pm and did not verify the aforementioned vehicle. The driver (He) also was creepy by only stating the color of the vehicle but not make and model to which either did not match per vehicle previously mentioned by the call at 12:00 pm. I canceled the ride due to safety concerns. I'm thankful due to previous reviews & their experiences. No stars

It has been awful from the time he picked me up I'm not at all comfortable with this ride I asked him not to play the music and argues with me and I'm not even to my destination

This company doesn't deserve any stars. Had to wait almost 2 hours for them to pick us up and take back home. No one called to explain what the problem was. I had to call the driver myself

One of their drivers this morning on hwy 6 ran a red light when traffic already started to go. Everyone had to slam on their brakes. For them to be a transportation service I would absolutely go somewhere else.
