My boyfriend purchased a bed frame from them last week, first of all they delayed the delivery by 4 days and only contacted him through text. I requested a replacement for the damaged piece rather than a repair, as I had paid for a brand new product. It is concerning that the company operates as a liquidation store without clearly communicating this to customers.
