When I emailed to make an appointment they responded right away. They offered to help me which I did need help. I got a big item when I got there. I was a little bit late but they were very courteous and the guys help load my big item in my car I don’t know why people are giving this company a bad rap they are really nice people it’s a gamble when you’re buying return stuff but hey, they’re willing to work with you. I like these guys everybody I was in contact with was nice, courteous and helpful.
