John was very helpful and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. He asked questions and provided advice/knowledge to make sure I bought the right bike for my needs/use. Liz was helpful on the phone when I got home and needed assistance getting my wheel on after transport. I will send friends and family there for sure!
This is the kind of place you can send your 12 and 7 year old sons to to purchase a helmet for the 7 year old and the owners take the time to send them home w the perfect fit. Can't get that at a big box!
I just want people to know that if you are looking for a great place to try out bikes/accessories before you buy, go here! They are very friendly, and not soooo technical you have no idea what they are talking about. (Some bicycle stores can be that way...) They let you ride around and see if the bike is a good fit for what you need. The workers are very knowledgeable, and helpful in determining what bike would be right for you.
