Because we were desperate to buy a bike, despite terrible experiences at two of their other locations, we tried this shop. Hubert was fantastic, he actually listened, was engaged and pleasant. Most importantly he was willing to take our money and give us the bike(that he and the other locations had in stock) we were looking for. Julian was fantastic. We’ve now purchased 4 bikes from Quilicot and Villeray is our favourite location. Julian was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He kept us informed as he promised and was there to greet us when we picked up our bikes. This particular location has a good vibe. We will continue to buy from Quilicot Villeray.
Très professionnel et disponible pour répondre aux questions. Salle d’essayage sans chauffage pour moi lorsque j’y suis allée et c’est sur le bord du mur extérieur
Un grand merci au technicien qui a réparé une crevaison peu avant la fermeture. Surtout pour un pneu à clous ( que je trouve particulièrement difficile à installer). Pour un prix très raisonnable en plus. Ça m'a sauvé du transport en commun 😉
