The chain on my sons bike kept falling off. Took it in for a service, expecting a service fee and a new derailleur. The team fixed it with a few adjustments and refused any payment. 10/10 polite friendly service.

Shane @ Adelaide Hills Cycles was super helpful in finding the right e-bikes for both my partner and myself. The workshop was also able to help with getting my old commuter bicycle serviced and back on the road and now rides like new! Great value and cannot recommend enough!
The guys at Adelaide Hills Cycles are absolute geniuses. Fantastic customer service, reasonably priced, and a fast turn around with servicing my bike, which has never ridden so smoothly as it does after a visit to these guys.
