Bought a bike beginning of year. I know absolutely nothing about what a decent bike is or what to look for etc. Dealt with Shane. Sold me a bike fit for what I need. Didn't try sell me anything more than what I wanted. Took it back for first free service. Ring one day, was in the next and picking up a few hours later. Great service, I got a great bike from there
I’m 2weeks into a 4 week road trip around South Australia and I bought my road bike with me. After a ride from Hahndorf to Charleston return yesterday I noticed canvas showing through on my rear tyre. Took the wheel into the guys this morning and they fitted a new tire for me. Very grateful to the team. Thanks for getting me back on the road.
We had an issue with our sons bike chain falling off. Took it into Adelaide hills cycles and they kindly fixed it on the spot. Great friendly service and would recommend. 10/10!
Outstanding service. I needed an inner tube for my Giant road bike so I can ride for make a wish tomorrow and the man behind the counter had the tube on the counter in the blink of an eye.. also removed my free wheel cassette within seconds for me. I will be a return customer.
